In 1988 Philly’s own DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince released a song titled “Parents Just Don’t Understand” and 30 years later, millennials across the globe still rock this song as their generational anthem. To millennials, baby boomers are judgmental, close-minded, and are still living in a world that no longer exists. To baby boomers, millennials are not fully informed on the way of the world, spoiled, and have no work ethic. Will there ever come a day where these two powerhouses ever see eye to eye?
